Cardio Kickboxing

Thank you for your interest in our Cardio Kickboxing program!! Cardio Kickboxing, (also known as aerobic kickboxing, Tae-BO, boxing aerobics, etc.) is an exciting and challenging workout consisting of self-defense, kickboxing techniques and athletic drills performed to music in a 45 minute class. It is designed for "beginners", as well as intermediate and advanced fitness enthusiasts. There is no complicated choreography to make you feel uncoordinated or out of step, and every workout is based on basic techniques - there is no "routine" to learn! Most importantly, Cardio Kickboxing is a fun way to get fit and stay fit!


Cardio Kickboxing offers many benefits to participants including burn fat, improved muscular strength and endurance, improved cardiovascular health, increased flexibility, stress relief and a higher level of self-confidence!
